Refund & Cancellation Policy
General Policy: Subscription payments and token purchases are final and non-refundable upon cancellation. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Unauthorized Use Exception: If a purchase was made by an unauthorized third party, a full refund may be issued if requested within seven (7) days of the transaction. Upon refund, all premium status will be permanently removed.
Service Errors: Verified extended technical outages or AI failures will be resolved via pro-rated refunds or Token credits at our discretion.

1. Scope of Services Brady Yaddof ("Provider") offers technical consulting and software development services, specifically focusing on AI Software Architecture and Progressive Web Application (PWA) development. These terms govern the professional relationship and any technical deliverables provided.
2. Proprietary Rights & Licensing
Provider Property: All custom code, algorithms, prompt engineering logic, and design frameworks remain the exclusive property of Brady Yaddof.
Third-Party Tech: Services utilize third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI). Users acknowledge that Provider does not own the underlying foundation models but retains ownership of the specific implementation and "wrapper" logic.
Customer License: Upon full payment, the Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final application for its intended internal or personal business purposes.
3. Professional Liability & Warranties Provider warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner. However, due to the probabilistic nature of AI, Provider does not warrant that software will be 100% error-free or that AI-generated outputs will meet specific factual requirements. Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Customer in the six months preceding any claim.
4. Cancellation & Support Subscriptions for developer tools or hosting may be canceled at any time via the dashboard. Technical support is available during standard business hours via brady.a.yaddof@gmail.com
